The R.E.L.C. Young Women's College Tour would like to ask for your support. Our tour has identified six young ladies who have continued to demonstrate academic success and community service throughout our school community. We are looking to raise $1800.00 which will cover the cost of six attendees ($300 per student). Please take a moment to read these brief bios on our potential college tour attendees. What would you like to be when you are older?
"When I am older, I would like to become a teacher for the simple reason that I love working with younger children.

Women's College Tour?
"I will like to attend the R.E.L.C. Young Women's College Tour because I would like to know about the experience of being in college. When I do go to college, I would already know what's to be expected. I also would like to attend this college tour because maybe I'll end up knowing what college I'd like to attend after high school.

"I have a few choices about what I want to be when I get older, but I want to be an artist because drawing is my talent. I would also like to be a veterinarian because I love and enjoy learning new things about animals. I would also like to be a teacher because I have younger siblings at home and I thoroughly enjoy spending time with them."

"I would like to attend the Young Women's College Tour because I want to learn more about college. I want to know how it feels to be in college, so when it's time to go, I will have a lot of skills and tips on how to find a good school. I am hoping to meet a lot of new people if I attend the Young Women's College Tour."

What would you like to be when you are older?
"When I grow up, I would love to be a fashion designer. I would like to be a designer because I love to dress in style, and I love to design pretty clothes and see other people wear them. I say this because making people, mostly women, look beautiful, makes me happy and makes me feel like I've done something for someone. Like today, we read a quote by Albert Einstein that said, "Only a life lived for others, is a life worth while." I completely agree with him, and that's how I feel because designing clothes to make them. In my case, women can look beautiful so it's like I live my life for them."
Why do you want to attend the R.E.L.C. Young Women's College Tour?
"I want to attend the college tour because I get to expereince what it is like in a college classroom. When it's time for me to go to college, I will know a little of what to expect. I wouldn't be telling the truth if I didn't say that I want to go so I can experience this with my friends and have fun."

“I would like to attend the R.E.L.C Young Women’s College tour because I believe that I will learn something from this experience, and take it and use it for a real life problem. I also think that every child should have a chance to be able to go to a college and see their future.”

What would you like to do when you're older?"When I am older, I would like to be a supportive lawyer because lawyers have inspired me. I want to be a lawyer because I love to help people and support them in times of need. Also, I love how lawyer's fight for the people who filed or are involved in a case. Lawyers fight for rights and I would like to be a lawyer who supports and brings out the innocence of people."
Why do you want to attend the RELC Young Women's College Tour?"I would like to attend the RELC Young Women's College Tour because I would like to learn how college is, how it feels to be in college, and what I am going to learn or do if I am in one of these colleges. I want to get the picture and experience of college."

What would you like to be when your older? "I have a few choices about what I want to be. I would like to be a chef because I love to learn about different foods and how to cook them. I will also like to be a prosecuting attorney because I want to help people get through the rough times they have. I want to make sure that people who are really guilty are punished. In addition, I'm helpful with problems in my house."
Why do you want to attend the RELC Young Women's College Tour? "I would like to attend the young women's college tour because it might help me further in life to pick the right college for me. Also, I want to know how hard it may be to go to college. Also, because I'm a shy girl, being around different people will help me with my shyness."
